7.1 This agreement shall be binding upon and enure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
Waiver
8.1 No failure or delay on the part of the lender in exercising any right, power, or privilege under this agreement shall operate as a waiver thereof.
Counterparts
9.1 This agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
