Debt Consolidation

I need to consolidate my debts that was lent by loan sharks. Due to bad decisions and wrong management, I ended up borrowing to them with high interest and very short-term repayments (7 days). I need a loan that has at least 3-5years repayment loan term period. I can guarantee that I'll be able to pay my dues it since I am already tied to my company for the next 2 or 3 years due to my on going loan to the company. The amount wasn't enough to pay all of it so I'm asking help here.
